It has been months since Kelsea's last painting activity. She was busy with her new toys from Christmas. But when we bought her a new activity set for a painting artwork (which came from her own savings), she immediately asked for a paper to paint on.She loves mixing colors. She already knows that blue mixed to yellow gets a green and so on. Now, here's her latest painting.... I asked her what's her artwork is about. She said that from left to right is a car, a window and a house. While at the ... [ Read More ]

It was our first time to experience celebrating the New Year that way. Thanks to my parents for giving us the tickets. This year, there were no tickets sold to my dad since they probably knew he had a stroke. Hubby and I also didn't want to buy tickets since it costs Php4,000 each (inclusive of Crossover dinner buffet and countdown). Masakit sa ... [ Read More ]
How To Save Without Knowing It: The Milk Can Coin Bank
A day or two after New Year's Day was the day of us feeling rich :) It was the time to open our milk coin bank and count all the coins we saved for the previous year. Savings from this automatically goes to our home, may it be for exterior or interior part of our home. Last 2011, we were able to save as much as Php10,000 using two milk cans. We used that money for our landscape. We just added a few thousands.Hubby and I were excited to count last year's savings. Since we only used one milk can, ... [ Read More ]
