Trendy Fashion from Filana Shop

April 3, 2013 By: Erlainecomment

Are you a fashionista? Do you want to be seen with the latest trends? That’s what Filana Shop is all about. With the variety of items you can choose from, a trip to the mall can be postponed and instead trust the services of this online shop’s owner and her quality products.

Filana Shop is an online shop owned by Ana Orduna. She’s the sister-in-law of one of my closest friends. Another common denominator of ours is that we live in the same village and we have pretty daughters 🙂
Filana Shop offers women’s clothes like tops, skirts, shorts, dresses and swimsuits. You can also find affordable but high quality sandals from Liliw and a few trendy shoes. To complete a fashionista look, she also sells make-up. Celebrities are starting to be her clients. Good for you Mommy Ana!
Now, here’s what she got to say about her business…
What inspired you to start your business?
“When I was still studying in college, I did my own reloading service. I got hooked with whole business thing and the thought of earning money from it. Then I started to have a job and started an online shop. I was selling female clothes, shoes and accessories. But I can’t seem to manage my job and my online shop that’s why I decided to temporarily stop my online shop and focused on my job. Then I got pregnant, after a few months the doctor adviced me just to stay at home for the trip to my workplace might stress me up. I was bored and my husband was overseas, then I thought why not bring my online shop back. After a month, my business is back online and it was a success.”
How do you see your business 5 years from now?
“I see my business growing into a physical store in a nearby mall. Probably catering not only for female market but for males as well. I also have a dream of building a nail spa business.”
Encouraging words of wisdom for the readers who would like to start or improve their business.
“Set your goals and stay focus at the task on hand. Dreams do come true with hard work and dedication, it doesn’t just happen by chance alone.”
Ana’s determined to run this business of her as long as she can. This also keeps her home with her cute angel. A true mompreneur indeed.
