Some people say they love Bonchon but we love Manang’s Chicken more. Hubby and I’s first encounter with Manang’s Chicken was in Soderno’s Night Food Market. Unfortunately, our favorite chicken’s not there anymore when we went to Soderno last weekend (Lugi na ba ang Soderno with only a few merchants now?).
But guess what? We were surprised to see Manang’s Chicken in the newly built mall in Cavite called The District which I blogged about here.
What makes this chicken so flavorful for us? Their chicken is also deep fried just like the ones from other fast food chains but the reason why we love it is because it is coated with a special soy garlic sauce.
The cake at the bottom is freshly baked and very moist. Perfect for the vanilla ice cream on top.
It’s a little small though and expensive (Php49) for its size. But it satisfied our sweet tooth 🙂
Good news is that they might be open for delivery in the future.
