CiC's Fashion for Bag-A-Holics

To my dear readers, I would like to introduce to all of you the lady who’s a big part of Shopping Spells (my online shop). A big part because my product designs were executed by her (and her staff). She’s none other than Ria D. Pantig of CiC’s Fashion Accessories.

I actually forgot how we exactly met online. I think I got attracted to her Multiply site before because of the oh so many printed fabrics 🙂 They’re my weakness! But Ria is not only a business partner, she became a dear friend. We only transacted online with lots of email exchange, chats and calls. That’s how much I trust her 🙂 You know what? We only met personally twice and that was when I had my first very demanding corporate client (remember that Ria?) and a short meet-up in Shangri-La.

As an entrepreneur, Ria’s humble business focuses on anything being sewn 🙂

Ria, born to be an entrepreneur, was really into selling way back her childhood years. She would run a mini sari-sari store in front of their house to sell different kinds of goodies to her friends and playmates. It must be her passion in being an entrepreneur that let her to put up her own business.

CiC’s Fashion Accessories, established since 2004, is a manufacturer of wholesale fashion bags offering its clients the flexibility of choosing either pre-determined designs or custom-made bags, pouches, and other bag-related accessories. CiC’s Fashion Accessories also offers corporate giveaway items and customized personal giveaways.

Recently, she manufactured lady bags that’s really hard to resist.

Ria has a wide variety of materials and fabrics to choose from. For a minimum no. of customized orders required, you can already start a small business of your own. You can also put your own label tag just like what I did for Shopping Spells (which reminds me to improve it).

Or if you are simply a retailer, you can watch out for the bags she’ll be selling. And when you see them, buy at once because they also sell fast and only available for only a few pieces.

Five years from now, Ria sees her business as being incorporated. Her advice for those who want to start up their business is to be patient, have guts and follow your passion.
